If you have questions about an existing claim, you can contact our Claims team by the following methods:

• Email: Send an email to [email protected]. When you send us an email, you must provide your claim number including the dashes in the subject line.
• Call: Dial 1-844-34-TESLA and follow the prompts to be directed to the Claims team.

• Mail: If you prefer to mail us your information, you can send documents to the address below.
